We are confident that you will love our products. We always do our utmost best to provide you the perfect gift that we craft with love, passion and care.  Whilst shipment particularly by post office is the only process that we have few control.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right asap.
